Truly Native Spanish Lessons is an online learning program that offers Spanish classes taught by native speakers. Our focus is to provide our students with an authentic language learning experience, using interactive and practical methods to improve their language skills. Our story begins with a passion for teaching Spanish authentically and effectively. A few years ago, a group of native Spanish teachers came together with the aim of creating an innovative and accessible teaching method for everyone, in order to follow up on people who have come to study Spanish in our city and will not forget what they have learned. This is how Truly Native Spanish Lessons was born, a video conference platform that revolutionized the way Spanish is taught. Since then, we have helped thousands of students around the world learn and improve their language proficiency in a practical and convenient way.
- School Foundation: In 2015, a group of Spanish teachers came together to create Truly Native Spanish Lessons, with the goal of offering high-quality Spanish classes through video conferencing.
- Online Platform Launch: In 2016, we launched our online platform that allows students to register and access live classes, study materials, and additional resources to improve their learning.
- Implementation of a quality management system in 2016.
- Implementation of the first customer service facility in 2018.

Curriculum:
I have taught Spanish to people from around the world who have visited Nicaragua over the last 18 years, teaching in several schools. I have about 6 years of college including coursework in the areas of business and HR, economics, tourism, languages and research methods.
I have also taken professional development courses specifically focused on tutoring. I am from a family of Spanish teachers. My mom was a founder in the first Spanish school in the much visited beach town of San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua My sister and I carry on her legacy. In addition to tutoring I have taught computer literacy and programming in local schools.
My English is good enough for simple conversations and helping my students when they are stuck.
I live with my husband and 3 kids (21, 16, and 11) a cat named Ella and 2 dogs named Brooklyn and Parda. I enjoy traveling the world, which I do through the eyes of my students. The friendships I make are a bright spot in my life. I live in San Juan del Sur near the ocean. I enjoy walking on the beach but with work, I don't get do that much right now!

I have 15 years of experience as a Spanish teacher. I live on a farm with my husband and daughter, my mom and sister with their son, we are a small but united family, we live outside the city, surrounded by nature with animals of all kinds.
